Exodus is a freedom brand. Our app brings men together to share in the uncommon freedom of Jesus Christ by learning to pray, practicing self-mastery, and building local community.
We are a Catholic faith-based startup, and those values infuse our culture and product. While a majority of our customers are Catholic, we are excited that a growing number of our customers are from different faith backgrounds and traditions.

We pay market for cash compensation, and in addition, every employee has the option to become an owner through stock options.

Values and quality of life
We are a remote company; you can work where you work best. We do require at least 4 hours of overlap with the Eastern Time Zone during the day. We have two in-person gatherings per year. Our annual meeting in the spring, and a company retreat in the fall.
