We are looking into changing how personalised food can be delivered by brining a paradigm shift of machine and human working harmony in food industry.
We are building a AI powered operational platform for restaurant kitchens, initially aimed at improving decision making and reducing mistakes. The core of the platform uses computer vision to do object detection, object tracking and action recognition, enabling real time feedback to staff and connected devices. We have a huge dataset already in place thanks to the pilots we have with two global QSR chains and two major ghost kitchen platforms. Long term objective is to build the base software layer for the kitchens of tomorrow.
