The purpose of Campus is to empower people to create better homes by disrupting how and where people live through scalable co-living communities. Campus provides members with an optimal physical environment, helpful services and the opportunity for meaningful community — so they can create a better home together.

Campus is a service company with an in-real-life social product. Our tech enables our company to grow, improves our service and amplifies community. To that end we have several challenging product-lines that are just starting out that involve challenges in architecture design, algorithm design and user-interactions that are unique to our vertical. For instance, we are working on a product that matches applicants with communities. We embrace agile development, we engineer in an SOA manner and do weekly stand-ups. We are focused on steady sustainable progress instead of activity bursts.

We are looking for product-focused engineers with an attention to detail, and at this point we only hire senior software engineers.
