What We Do
MeWe is a technology company that builds mobile software to help organizations manage legal compliance, quality assurance, and safety standards. We're working with dozens of leading organizations including McDonald's, TGI Friday's, PF Chang's, Whole Foods Markets, and the New York State Department of Health. We were founded by a team from Harvard, Columbia, and UCLA, and are based in San Francisco.
Our Product
Our product, CoInspect, is a checklist-based mobile application that helps organizations manage compliance, quality assurance, and brand standards. CoInspect enables large, distributed organizations to standardize and streamline operations while avoiding fines and costly mistakes. The application includes a content library comprising hundreds of compliance checklists made by leading health and safety experts, which can be easily customized with our Checklist Editor.
Our “smart checklists” allow users to access helpful details like reference images, code citations, explainer videos, and scoring – ensuring best practices and operational excellence across the organization.
How We Interview & Hire
Our interview process begins with an introductory call to tell you more about the role, learn more about your interests, and help decide if MeWe is a mutual fit. If we move forward, we'll schedule one more phone/video call to either deep dive into your resume (Sales/Marketing roles), or for a technical screen (Engineering). Finally, we setup an onsite interview to have you meet several key members of our team, as well as our Founders. At the offer stage, we'll let you know the comp & equity range along with our benefits.
