Minimum of 1 to 2 years telecommunications experience working with Avaya or other manufacturer (PBX and/or IP Telephone) systems
Minimum of 2 years of work history with direct customer interaction
Direct experience with professional A/V systems and equipment.
Experience working with Cisco SX Series and Polycom HDX Series Codecs
Working knowledge of Cisco Expressway (Core & Edge) and TMS
Experience with analog distribution frame cross-connects
Working knowledge of digital and analog telephone stations
Proficient with standard Microsoft Office products including Outlook, PowerPoint. Knowledge of Apple products is a plus.
Candidates must have extensive experience working with A/V equipment and systems in a corporate office environment.
Must possess impeccable customer service skills and be comfortable supporting senior level executives with confidential subject matter in high pressure, fast paced situations.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Prioritization while multi-tasking under pressure and within short time constraints.
Adaptive and flexible. Resourceful and quick to take initiative.
Able to work independently and professionally with all levels of the organization.
Ability to adjust work schedule to business needs.
Ability to follow instructions from senior engineer.
Ability to work with limited supervision
