Short Description

Oversees the development, implementation and maintenance in the areas of systems analysis and application programming, quality assurance, web engineering, and database designs. Oversees 3rd party service providers in alignment with corporate policy and IT strategy. Provides comprehensive consultation to the client and management at the highest technical level on all phases of the project development cycle. Works closely with client management to identify and specify the complex business requirements. May have any of the following responsibilities: researches and evaluates alternative solutions and recommends the most efficient and cost effective solutions; codes new or modified programs, reuses existing code through the use of program development software alternatives; documents, tests, implements and provides on-going support for the applications; analyzes, develops, tests and implements complex database designs and the maintenance of database support tools; manages all phases of system development and the implementation process including analysis, design, development, testing, and ongoing support for the clientÂs application systems in an environment of diverse development platforms; ensures the functionality and effectiveness of quality assurance tools; consults at the highest level regarding problem definition and resolution of web and e-commerce systems and engineering issues involving the interrelated demands of hardware, software, telecommunications, security and control. Projects are large in scope, typically cross-functional, technically difficult, often involving combinations of platforms with new software and technology. Anticipates and identifies complex business needs and recommends solutions to complex problems. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management.

Minimum Requirements:

* 10+ years direct experience in software development and/or programming design and systems management.
* 7+ years hands-on experience with SalesForce and SalesForce Development/Customization including in-depth understanding of Salesforce programming using JavaScript, jQuery, APEX, Force.com, and VisualForce.
* 6+ years of experience with integrations between Salesforce and multiple other platforms and technologies using SOAP, REST, Bulk API and streaming APIs.
* Design new Salesforce solutions and come up with effective project execution techniques.
* Customize applications by making the best use of point-and-click capabilities of the Salesforce platform in adherence with the customers' specifications.
* Controlling the adaptability of API's for integration of information and processes so the all the systems within the CRM can communicate efficiently.
* Design & implement mobile and web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services, etc.
* Hands on knowledge to build business processes using Salesforce lightning flows and process builder.
* Industry knowledge in one or more industry verticals, emphasis on Telecom
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Electronics & Communication Engineering, Business or closely related field or equivalent experience
* Experienced and conversant in key business functional areas such as ERP, CRM and SCM.
* Strong client-facing communication skills and Team Lead experience.

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

* Fluent in Salesforce Lightning. Should have experience developing Lightning Components using the Salesforce Lightning Design System.
* Project experience in implementing Salesforce Customer or Partner lightning communities.
* Salesforce.com Admin and Dev Certification.
* Working experience of Salesforce.com integration with cloud CPQ solutions..
