The SIE will be responsible for the installation of ZixCorp solutions into diverse customer environments. Knowledge transfer and training are part of each customer engagement. Each site install requires preparation and proper post-installation documentation.
What you will be doing:
* Responsible for all installation task assigned by Deployment Coordinators, including the delivery of deployment reports on each customer deployment * Responsible for providing feedback on customer request for Zix Service enhancements. * Support the development of the Support Knowledge Base * Assist with other assigned tasks as required
What we are looking for:
* Candidate must have knowledge of email systems, including DNS, SMTP, SSH and general network architectures and protocols. * Hardware, software and network troubleshooting skills during actual deployments * Candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision
Education/Experience:
* Candidate must have Bachelors degree or college diploma in computer science or equivalency. * Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in a similar customer facing role.
